Culinary Arts
Recommended Sequencing:
Culinary 1 -> Culinary 2 -> Food and Nutrition
(Culinary 1 is a prerequisite for Culinary 2 and Food and Nutrition)
Classroom Assistant
These courses are for students who are interested in working with children at the elementary or middle school levels. A signed permission slip is required before students will be allowed off school grounds.
Special Education Classroom Assistant
These courses are for students who are interested in working with students with special needs. Students interested in assistant at the Cardinal Transition Academy (CTA) will need a signed permission slip before they will be allowed off school grounds.
