Cardinal Chromebook Help Desk and Repair 1 is a hands-on study of technology integration in an educational context. Students will be required to assess problem sets throughout the day and define the best approach to addressing or solving the problem. In addition to solving problems for students and teachers, students will be required to complete technology certification programs, such as Acer Repair, CISCO, and Google. Students will be able to collaborate with outside businesses and organizations in order to practice and apply their skills and knowledge in a variety of real life settings. To be successful in this course, students should have a prior understanding of Chrome OS, Apple OS, and Microsoft Windows 10 or higher.
