Students interested in pursuing a career in healthcare would benefit from learning about the environmental culture of the industry. Culture permeates everything in society and understanding how healthcare has a culture of its own will assist students in developing their skills for future careers. Students will focus on their specified healthcare career interest and learn the importance of being collaborative, communicative, and relationship driven. In addition, students will have the opportunity to dive deeply into their career choice and prepare for possible post-secondary coursework and outreach opportunities.
