Explore the development of music in America from the early 1900’s to the modern era.  Genres studied include (but are not limited to) blues, R&B, early Rock & Roll, jazz, swing, doo-wop, soul, folk, hard rock, heavy metal, surf, gospel, hip-hop, rap, and pop.  Listen to, analyze, and follow the evolution of popular music styles throughout American history, pop culture, fashion, politics, and more.
