Prerequisite: Proficient in all math classes taken. Must be 16 years of age at the end of the course to take the exam.

Course Fee: $35.00 (for FAA-CT-8080-2H Test Supplement and mini drone)

The Remote Pilot Training curriculum covers the information needed to successfully pass the FAA part 107 test. This will allow the students to fly commercial drones in accordance with the rules and regulations of the FAA. Students must be 16 at the time of completing the test and will need to schedule the exam with a certified FAA testing center. Topics covered include FAA regulations, map reading, weather, basic drone functions, GPS tracking, brushless motors, and explore current and future drone usage.
