Explore the role of nutrition in health and wellness within the Hospitality and Tourism pathway.  Demonstrations, hands-on food labs, guided instruction and cooperative learning are used throughout the course.  Students will be given the opportunity to have the necessary skills to plan, purchase, and prepare nourishing meals and to evaluate and improve their day-to-day choices.
