Prerequisite: Proficient in Physical Education 1 and Physical Education 2

Weight Training and Conditioning will inform students of different training principles, methods, techniques, and information on how strength training works.  In class, students will be shown how to perform the exercises with optimum technique and offered a range of helpful features such as variations, or tips on avoiding common mistakes to keep you safe and maximize the effectiveness of your training.
