This class is designed for students who are interested in the strength and conditioning field and want to better their overall health and fitness. Advanced Weight Training & Conditioning is all about learning, growing, and understanding movement based fitness. Students are tested in a variety of fitness and health related components. Students will set goals related to their performance in the weight room, along with focusing on movement quality. Strength and Conditioning is a great way to transform your body and the class will focus on a variety of tools to improve movement, health, and physical performance.
