This capstone course framework prepares students interested in pursuing a welding or welding related career in manufacturing, construction, or engineering. Develop and hone the technical and soft skills recognized and desired by the industry employers through project fabrication and process testing applications. Student time management and responsibility skills are reinforced. Students can earn SENSE Level 1 Welding Certification and gain specific material and process experience of choice. Industry tour, job shadow, and community education will be incorporated.
