Yellow chantarelles
The yellow chantarelles (Cantharellus cibarius) are probably the best you can get beyond the Karl Johan boletus. In the Baltic islands, you can find them from early July to end of September, in forested areas. They cannot be confused with other mushrooms and therefore are very safe to pick.
