The Ulvön chapel is decorated with interesting frescoes. The chapel was built in 1622 by fishermen coming from Gävle. The small local museum is worth a visit as well as the pilot station on the top of the island. All walls and ceiling have been painted by Roland Johansson Öberg in 1719.
This votive sailing ship is said to be the finest in Sweden.
There is a ferry operated all year long from Köpmanholmen, and in summer additional ferries are operated from Docksta, Ullänger or Mjällomslandet.
Ulvön is located half way between Sundsvall and Umeå. The Ulvön straight is well protected and offers anchoring and mooring as well as a full service marina.
