Rott is located west of Stavanger. It is the starting point for crossing the north sea towards the west. The surroundings are beautiful with lots of islets and reefs. Beware of the tidal currents when approaching.

The small public pier can be used for mooring, except when the little ferry comes.Alternatively, the bay can be used as anchorage.
