Hedgehog mushroom

Hedgehog mushroom (Hydnum repandum) alias "pied de mouton" in French or blek taggsvamp in Swedish is one of the muchroom that cannot be misclassified. Hydnum repandum comes up with spikes (teeths) under its hat, which cannot be confused with any other mushtoom. This mushroom likes areas with some running waters. It is delicious when fried with some garlic.
