Gunnviksviken

Gunnviksviken is certainly the most popular mooring bay in the Mälaren. Expect it to be crowded at all time, even outside the season. It isperfectly located minutes off the fairway between Stockholm/Södertälje and Mariefred/Strängnäs. There are numerous possibilities to anchor, in the bay or in the channel leading to the bay, with depth ranging from 4 to 5 metres. Besides anchoring, mooring on the rock is possible in several areas, especially in the east part of the bay.
