Barsta chapel

The church was built in 1665 by fishermen from Gävle. It is 8.5 metre long by 7 metres wide. The chapell in Barsta was painted in 1699 by Roland Johansson Öberg, the same painter who painted the Ulvön chapel. The chapel is tared. It was used during winter to hang the fishing gears while not in use.
