Gullholmen marina is expensive according to Swedish standards for staying overnight (around 60€ for a 45 ft boat during the season), but the spot is a real "coup de coeur". Gullholmen consists of two Island, the small and the large Gullholmen, connected by a bridge. The town of Gullholmen is split between small Gullholmen, the most densily populated island in Sweden, and Härmanö, located across the brdge on the large Gullholmen island. The rest of the large Gullholmen island is a nature reserve devoted to bird watching, hiking in flowering meadows and swimming in coves.
