Nine weeks in Bottenhavet and Bottenviken

This is a nine week itinerary through the Bottenhavet and Bottenviken, from Stockholm to Stockholm.

• Week 1: Stockholm to Gävle
• Week 2: Gävle to Härnösund, in the heart of the Högakusten, a UNESCo world heritage site.
• Week 3: Härnösund - Umeå, along the Högakusten coast.
• Week 4: Umeå - Luleå, in the Bottenviken.
• Week 5: Luleå - Oulu, through Haparanda, above the 65th parallel, with almost full night sun in July.
• Week 6: Oulu - Vaasa, south along the Finnish Högakusten coast.
• Week 7: Vaasa - Kustavi, in the southern Bottenhavet.
• Week 8: Kustavi to Mariehamn, though the Åland archipelago.
• Week 9: Mariehamn back to Stockholm, through the outer Stockholm archipelago.
