Send the above template directly to the SPOCs below by forwarding the mail using the above template through Freshdesk, as shown below
Inform the custom that he/she will be contacted within 2 Business days with the full details of the pricing and deal.
Never share any financial details or deal details with the customer, and educate the customer that all of his/her inquiries will be answered by the corporate sales team

If you're unable to identify whether the case is a corporate deal or an event,
Resolve the current call ticket or chat.
Click on "Forward" through Freshdesk to send the email to the above-mentioned SPOCs.
For the chat team, only after resolving the chat, must click on the ticket number to be able to "Forward" chat through email.
If the request is regarding a deal, collaboration, or contract of any sort, follow the above by sending it to the team leader
