Never share any financial details or deal details with the customer, and educate the customer that all of his/her inquiries will be answered by the corporate sales team

If you're unable to identify whether the case is a corporate deal or an event,
Resolve current call ticket or chat.
Click on "Forward" through Freshdesk to send the email to the above mentioned SPOCs.
For chat team only after resolving the chat must click on ticket number to be able "Forward" chat through email.
If the request is regarding a deal, collaboration or contract of any sort, follow the above by sending it to the team leader
