Once Found That The Violation Is Not Valid, This Need To Be Documented And A Deduction Should Be Applied

Logging in the Dispatching System
Open the London Cab dispatching system following this link: London Cab Dispatching
Type in your "Username" and "Password", then click on login.
Ticket Search
Click on "Operations"
Choose "Tickets List"
Click on "Show Search"
In the "Assigned Car" field, add the car plate number
Filter by choosing the day of the violation" from the "Pick Up Date Time (From) & (To)" fields, making sure that the tin is from "00:00" to "23:59"
Click on "Search"
You will need to check the "Pick Up Date", and correlate it with the time of the violation to Identify the driver under the "Assigned Driver" field
Always refer to the drivers schedule to be sure that the violation occurred during his shift

Add the details of the violation in the "Traffic Violations Master Sheet" as show in in the below video

Send a communication to the drivers on both WhatsApp groups "جروب التعليمات - Elgouna Driver" such as below:

يرجي العلم انه قد تم اضافة المخالفات المروريه للفتره من 10/2/2024 الى 29/2/2024 الرجاء الدخول الى الموقع الخاص بالمخالفات المروريه (https://bit.ly/LC-Traffic-Violations) و التحقق من وجود مخالفة من عدمه بإستخدام الساب كود
تم اضافة الصوره الخاصه بالمخالفه الموجوده على موقع المرور الى موقع المخالفات و تمت مراجعة جميع المخالفات قبل اضافتها للموقع للتأكد من صحتها التامه
في حالة وجود تظلمات يمكن تقديمها على نفس موقع المخالفات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ اليوم
Add the communication date, noting that if the dispute window changed to "Out" the driver can not sen a dispute

Once the dispute window is closed, apply the deduction to all valid violations as shown here
Note that for large amounts you will need to decide how to split the amount on multiple months installment and you can always refer to @youssef.shabaan@aboughalymotors.com.
