The administrative operations and support services team is accountable for faculty recruitment, annual report, human resources and operations that include records management, minutes, and dept council and ACFD support.

Four teams make up the comprehensive care group that are responsible for student-focused learning and patient-centred care in the Oral Health Clinic.

The CDE team is responsible for the coordination of ongoing training for the oral health-care professionals in the industry. 

The dental outreach team is responsible for the school's outreach activities, including the satellite clinics.

The executive committee is the main planning and decision-making committee for the program. This committee includes the senior leadership team of the school, which meets weekly under the guidance of the chair of the Mike Petryk School of Dentistry.
