This error in Vista, both on-premise and in our cloud using VRL, implies one of three things:
There is no Adobe PDF reader installed
The reader that is installed is not fully compatible with Vista
The PDF file extension / type is not associated to your PDF reader of choice

NOTE: Viewpoint recommends to use Adobe Acrobat Reader if at all possible, as we do not officially test with or support any other PDF reader application.
