This solution is somewhat rare in the realm of Viewpoint Vista cloud integrations: a client-side integration. As this tool is a client-side integration to Vista, it leverages data from the Vista client to operate.
To that end, it is installed on the same workstation as an end user's Vista client. Thus, for customers of our RDP clouds, the client for nVoicePay (Viewpoint ePayments) is installed on the Viewpoint cloud terminal server, along with Vista. Conversely, for customers of our VRL-based clouds (TC1 and VP1), this client app is installed on each end user's local workstation, with the customer or their IT taking over the responsibilty for installing and managing the Viewpoint ePayments / nVoicePay client.
The process of installing this solution on local workstations is, mostly, automatic when it is called by the Vista client. Please check our online knowledgebase for more details.
If you are a customer transforming from on prem into the Trimble Viewpoint cloud who uses nVoicePay / Corpay (Viewpoint ePayments), you'll need to coordinate with Corpay tech support to ensure that the solution is correctly pointed to the new cloud environment. Specifically, you'll need need to have Corpay / nVoicePay tech support update the API key in AP Company Parameters. This is REQUIRED to finalize your cloud transformation if you're already using Viewpoint ePayments.
The email address to use will be available upon request from your Trimble Viewpoint transformation team.
tl;dr: TC1 and VP1 Customers who need to integrate Viewpoint ePayments (nVoicePay) with Vista in our cloud need to merely following along the client app installation process to allow it to install on your local workstations. VEC RDP and VFC customers will instead install this client on their terminal server, hosted by Viewpoint (REMINDER - VFC and VEC RDP ARE NO LONGER Available for purchase for new customers). Again, hosting of the physical bits for this client for new installations in the VP1/TC1 clouds is no longer allowed.
