(Where do we go from here?)
(Where do we go from here?)

As of this stage in your Transformation to the cloud, you and the Trimble Viewpoint team have worked together for several weeks (or months depending on the complexity of your environment), corrected issues that have arisen, and successfully moved your environment into our new Trimble Construction One (TC1) / Viewpoint One (VP1) cloud. Now, we are ramping down, ensuring that your organization is empowered for success in our ERP cloud.
In case you are interested, here is a listing of all of the stages that should have been completed by the time you have reached this stage. They are shown below at a high level, including where we are at now:

See below for a detailed timeline and topics:
Our team will be available during the time between your official go-live and the first official meeting if critical issues arise. However, our first official time together immediately after go-live is a scheduled 30 minute call between your organization's Transformation Team and your assigned Viewpoint Transformation Project Manager. We will be covering topics such as important items that came up during the go-live, any questions you or your team might have, and future timing and scheduling of environment updates and more.
Barring any exceptional circumstances, such as potential defects encountered during testing, you will have been taken live in the version of Vista / HFF in which you have spent your time testing. This will ensure the smoothest possible go-live experience for you and your end users as possible. Two weeks subsequent to your go-live, we highly recommend that you open a ticket to be placed on the most current version of Vista and HFF. This will allow your team the time to digest the move to the cloud itself, spreading out the changes.
At the two week mark post go-live, please submit a cloud support request to have your Vista and HFF environments upgraded to the latest Vista and HFF versions. Once you have been upgraded, you will automatically be placed on the "upgrade train" so that, going forward, you will always be on the most current version of Vista and HFF.
Please note that our team typically sends out email notifications 7 and 3 days ahead of time, with a final notification on the day of the upgrade. Some key reminders:
Service packs are updated all at once
Major releases roll out in multiple waves twice / year
Immediately post go-live, support cases, including cloud related cases, should no longer go through the Cloud Transformations queue. Instead, these cases should be filed through standard support channels. Please note that if any cases are not addressed in a timely fashion, you are welcome, during the two weeks post go live listed below, to escalate through your transformation project manager to ensure the proper prioritization of your cloud support cases.
For the first two weeks after go-live, you will keep your cadence of weekly meetings with your cloud transformation project manager, using those discussions as opportunities to cover any lingering questions, new issues, future direction and recommendations, and getting ready for the hand off to our sustaining support teams.
On the final meeting day, two weeks after go-live, we will officially hand over support of your environment to our sustaining support team, introduce you to your Customer Success manager, and follow up with a satisfaction survey.
Post go-live you will not only have access to Viewpoint's support teams, but to an expert advocate within the Trimble Viewpoint organization. This person, your Customer Success Manager, will be your eyes and ears in the Trimble Viewpoint organization to advocate for you and your needs. They will assist with support case escalation, using their wide range of Nerf bats to get attention when needed. They will also help connect you with knowledge and resources to assist you over the long term.
Within the first 30 days after go-live they will schedule a meeting with you to:
Review the customer success program
Summarize and review your cloud transformation experience
Discuss next steps
