  • Customer "H" Drive files (VEC RDP only)

  • Customer "My Documents" and "Desktop" files (VEC RDP only)

Storage Charges

Beyond the included 500 GB, Viewpoint charges a fee per GB / month to store customer data. However, as the amount of storage used goes up, there are price break points at which the different tiers of pricing come into play.

Here are the storage pricing tiers and break points as they exist today:

    • 0 - 500 GB: Included

    • 501 + GB: charged

We have the following break points:

    • 501 GB - 1,000 GB (1 TB)

  • 1.0 TB - 1.5 TB

  • 1.5 TB +

Please contact your Viewpoint account manager for more information.

NOTE: You may request an audit report from Viewpoint's Cloud Support team that will show the amount of space in use in your environment. To do so, please submit a cloud support case in the support portal.
