Nepenthes Tower is the most iconic building in the Red Ginger Herbal Garden (TJM) area, with walls that are used as vertical gardens and a design resembling a pitcher plant, giving this building its own unique philosophy. Pitcher plants have an aroma that attracts insects to enter their pouches. This is likened to this building, which is able to attract visitors or tourists to come to the red ginger herbal garden.
Amphitheater is an open arena with tiered seating for spectators and a stage for entertainment and artistic performances. This building was constructed with a tropical garden design featuring tropical plant murals and surrounded by tropical plants such as coconut trees.
Processing Class built as an educational facility for tourists on the preparation of herbal medicines made from plants harvested from the red ginger herb garden.
Nursery Hall built as a place to welcome guests and socialize in connection with visitation activities.

The Bejo mascot statue consists of two characters, namely Bebe with her feminine character and Jojo who is very masculine. The word Bejo is actually an abbreviation of the company name, where “BE” is taken from the word Bintang (Star) and “JO” is taken from the word Toedjoe (Van Ophuijsen spelling). Meanwhile, the word BEJO itself has a meaning in the Javanese language, which is lucky.

A greenhouse is a place for growing plants indoors. Inside a greenhouse, plants are more controlled, protecting them from extreme weather conditions and plant predators. Currently, this greenhouse is used as a nursery or seedling facility at TJM.
Screen houses serve a similar purpose to greenhouses, except that they do not have roofs to protect against rain.
