Generative propagation (seeds) is carried out from healthy, large, ripe fruit. The seeds are then dried in the sun and sown.
Treating internal diseases, ringworm, athlete's foot, boils, ulcers, scorpion stings, hemorrhoids, bloody bowel movements, bloody urination, malaria, vaginal discharge, diarrhea, dysentery, fever, anticancer, back pain, diabetes.

This plant is widely distributed from Sri Lanka and India to Indochina, South China, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, and Northern Australia. It is also found in parts of Maluku and Papua. Kwalot can be used as an insecticide and medicinal plant. Its roots and seeds are used in traditional Chinese medicine.
It is generally found in lowlands up to 500 m above sea level, in open areas such as light secondary forests and shrubs, forest edges, and even in areas with full sunlight. It grows well in sandy and limestone soils, in both wet and dry climates, monsoon and humid areas with rainfall of 900-2,000 mm/year.
The stem is cylindrical, 10 cm in diameter.
The leaves are compound, opposite, with ovate-lanceolate leaflets, pointed at the base and tip, finely serrated edges, green, hairy on the upper surface, prominent leaf veins on the lower surface, and pinnate secondary veins.
The flowers are unisexual or disexual, emerging from the leaf axils, forming panicles, greenish-purple, with elongated ovate petals.
The fruit is ovate, unevenly surfaced, 2-6 mm in diameter, reddish-brown to black when ripe.
The seeds are dark brown, dense, and wrinkled.
Malaria
Grind 10 kwalot fruits until smooth. Place them into capsules.
Take 3 capsules daily for 3 days.
Then, reduce the dosage by half to 5 fruits and take for 5 days.
