Will I be Charged Extra For Having My Driver For An Extra Time

If the customer wants to use the car he/she booked as a driver for any extra time past the ride time, he/she will be charged extra as follows:

Note: 

• If the customer is requesting to enter the airport during a package you must set the drop-off point as the airport, so the airport entrance fee would be applied to the ride automatically

• The maximum extra time the customer can extend their ride is 1 hour. After this 1-hour extension, the customer will be contacted and advised to book an additional hourly package 

• If the customer requests to extend their ongoing trip by more than 1 additional hour, you should book another package for the customer with the extra time, while leaving a comment stating that it will be the same cab and driver. 

• The customer can extend the package up to 10 hours with the same driver. Beyond that, we can proceed with the ride, but a driver change will be required. 

• If the customer is requesting a 10-hour package, you will need to book an 8-hour package and then add a 2-hour package to cover the total time requested.
