0830 CDT: Good morning, all! A quick look at the SPC outlooks would appear to support last night's thoughts: Today will probably just be a travel day, looking for better chase opportunities farther south tomorrow (and then possibly on Thursday as well, farther east). Here are the graphics, for reference:

1145 CDT: We've left Valentine, NE, and are headed south. Rumor has it that we might stop at Monument Rocks for some sunset shots. That would be AWESOME! For now, though, here's a post-brunch group shot for today.

1500 CDT: Now we're headed to Grand Island, NE for the night. Apparently the prognostications for tomorrow have shifted somewhat to the northeast, so I guess Monument Rocks is out (at least for today).

1800 CDT: Correction: We're going to spend the night in Great Bend, KS. I must have wax in my ears. *blush*
