Saturday, May 2, 2015 @ 0015 EDT: I can never seem to sleep the night before I leave for the chase, and this time is no exception! Oh well, no matter... That's why I schedule the early flight! If I can't sleep, I may as well travel early and then grab a nap after I get to Oklahoma!

Anyway, I have just about everything packed now and ready for me to hit the road in a little while... heading for the Fort Lauderdale airport for my flight to Oklahoma City (via Houston). I am already bummed that I won't be able to grab some yummy food at Pappadeaux in Houston, simply because they don't open there until 9 am... and my flight departs Houston before then. My mouth was already watering for some crawfish étouffée. *pout pout* Well, hopefully we will make it to one of the Pappadeaux restaurants at some point during the month of May! *crossing fingers*

So anyway, I'll try to update everybody again after I am settled into the Days Inn in Norman, OK. I look forward to seeing some old friends and making some new ones as well! Can't wait to get back to Tornado Alley!!!
