Monday, May 26, 2014 @ 0930 CDT: Yesterday's chase took us to south of Fort Stockton, then west of the city... but Mother Nature had other plans. Oh well... These things happen. We'll just try again today!

And as for today (and tomorrow), it looks like we'll be staying in this general vicinity. Things are looking a bit iffy after tomorrow, so hopefully we'll get to see some good stuff in the next couple of days!

Monday, May 26, 2014 @ 1200 CDT: For those of you who were on the Tour 1 chase with Cloud 9 Tours this year, here's the final travel map. For me, the total was 4640 miles and nine states. (NOTE: Your mileage could be somewhat less, given that I took the road trip back to Norman, OK when John and Charles returned to get John's truck.)

Monday, May 26, 2014 @ 2345 CDT: A GREAT chase day!!! Two tornadoes (though neither of them were great photo opportunities, unfortunately), some awesome structure, up to half dollar-size hail and some great lightning... but I am soooooooooo tired... Time to SLEEEEEEEEEEEEP...
