Monday, June 2, 2014 @ 1145 EDT: Now that I have gotten some sleep (and there will be several more naps, I dare say), there's a little housekeeping to take care of. First of all, here's my travel map for the trip home. Actually, I was *amazed* that my GPS actually kept track the whole way...
And here's the travel map for all of Tour 2... which covered 4527 miles and seven states:
I would like to thank Charles Edwards, owner/operator of Cloud 9 Tours, for yet another great month of storm chasing... and John Guyton, George Kourounis and Brad Riley for all of their knowledge and mad driving skills as well! Thanks, too, to all of my fellow chasers, for making this such a fun trip, as it always ends up being. Friendships were made, and if this year's chase is like previous ones, they will be friendships that will last well beyond the chases themselves.
Now for yet another nap. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...
Monday, June 2, 2014 @ 1215 EDT: Oh, and I don't think I ever posted the link to the last day's pictures (Saturday's shots), so here it is.
