Wednesday, May 13, 2015 @ 0855 MDT: On our travel day yesterday, we hit four different states: Oklahoma (our starting point), Texas (stopping at the Cadillac Ranch), New Mexico (swinging by the extinct Capulin Volcano) and finally to our resting place, Trinity, Colorado. It is a most picturesque drive, and I would highly recommend it! (See pictures HERE and HERE.)

As for today, I am still not quite sure of our plan of attack, but I would expect that we will continue farther north, taking in the sights while moving in the general direction of where we will need to be for our Friday/Saturday storms. Keep your fingers crossed that they pan out, because the Tour 1 folks will be leaving on Sunday! Tour 2, get ready!
