Friday, April 29, 2016 @ 1445 EDT: I am in the midst of packing and making final preps before heading to the Fort Lauderdale airport in the middle of the night. I have scheduled a long enough layover tomorrow morning in Houston so that I will be able to have a nice, leisurely meal at Pappadeaux at the airport, and I can't wait to have my favorite dish there, which is crawfish étouffée. Mmmmmmmmmm... Then, with a full belly and a smile on my face, I should arrive at Oklahoma City just a bit before 1:30 CDT.
