The goal is to build 1,000,000 AI  Data Centers as orbital  Space stations.

The plan is to get the first test space Stations by early 2027 

In Feb 2026 SpaceX submitted a 32-page filing for the initial bandwidth in a new non-geostationary orbit (NGSO) satellite system  proposals to the FCC  (Quickly followed by Blue Origin submission to stop SpaceX)
