The Current ISS design with six astronauts onboard needs supplies around eight to nine times a year, about once every 40–45 days
The ISS is also designed for the number of Supply visits to be reduced but cannot with six crew.
The countries that send supplies to the ISS with various spacecraft are Japan, Russia, ESA and the USA.

Russian Progress resupply missions are continuously being updated now on version MS , Progress launched its 89th cargo craft to fly to the International Space Station on Wednesday (Aug. 14). See video below.
The ATV last mission of 5 was in 2015, this ATV technology is being used for NASA’s Orion spacecraft with the European Service Module on top of the SLS Rocket.
SpaceX dragon has be upgraded to the fully autonomous V2 Cargo Dragon using the ISS “Docking” ports.
The Japanese HTV9 flew its last mission in August 2020, but a new HTV-X hopes to fly in 2025.
Northrop Grumman enlarged version of Cygnus expected in 2025.
A new cargo resupply spacecraft by Sierra Space Corporation (SSC) spaceplane Dream Chaser hopes to fly in late 2024 early 2025.
