The suspension days will be applied on Zoho as (إيقاف عن العمل للتحقيق).
The captain should be summoned to the office within 48 hours for an investigation.
If the captain refuses to come for a face-to-face meeting with Ayman he will be directed to submit his resignation or he will face a penalty of no-show.
