4. In most states operations activities will be impacted on 09th Aug '22 due to the "Muharram" festival. Impacted states would be J&K, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad, Uttar Pradesh, Bengal, Lucknow, Delhi & Bihar too.
5.Bluedart:-
On account of Muharram Processions, Local Traffic authorities have imposed No-Entry restrictions on movements of Goods vehicles at Kolkata City from 16.00 Hrs on 08.08.22 to 05.00 Hrs 10.08.22Though deliveries of all the products will get affected but the major impact would be on SFC/Apex with dependency on delivery through Goods vehicle. Kindly update the concern & handle the queries.

7. The minimum recharge amount is 500/- rupees and maximum is 5000000/-rupees
8. A seller can enable and disable RTO score. By following the below path.
Settings> RTO Score> Turn ON/OFF toggle.
RTO score is a model for predicting high-risk non-deliverable orders. It works by identifying incomplete, non-deliverable addresses and filtering out fraudsters, thereby keeping RTOs in check, increasing successful delivery rates, and generating higher returns. Profitability can be increased by making wise decisions.
This will be given to every seller on a trial basis for 7 days, after which the seller will be charged a flat 3 rupees per order, charges will be deducted from the wallet, and the seller will be charged only for LOW risk and HIGH RTO risk (zero charges will be applied on medium and N/A score).
