1. Agent must copy paste the complete URL from SPARK to fetch the details for the seller, it will help to reduce AHT.
2. Hold/Unhold script and procedure to be adhered to and mute is not to be use while asking for hold.

4. OTP based delivery service is available only for prepaid orders for Delhivery and bluedart courier partner.
5. Minimum weight for Xpressbee 1 kg Surface mode (forward shipment)

6. Revise- complete MPS process. Agent will register MPS training for interested seller from ICRM and fill the google form too.
7. E-Way Bill:- It is mandatory for sellers to upload EWay Bill before generating pickup for shipments above Rs 50000. They can upload an Eway Bill after assigning a courier to their orders. It can be uploaded at the time of pickup generation from any of the following screens:
· Generate Pickup popup
· Ready to Ship tab, or
· Order Details screen
Apart from this, sellers can now upload Eway Bill for their RTO shipments.
