Agents must request the transaction ID snapshot, and if the seller provides it right away, the agent must assign the ticket to FOPS. Agent must assign an ACR ticket to FOPS if the seller says he will share later.
2. Seller asks for account-to-account wallet amount transfer.
The bank information needs to be updated and validated, and the agent needs to assign the ticket to FOPS.
3. Seller asks for a DC address.
Agents should review the most recent and previous NDRs raised. Agents must also review the most recent updates to the tracking information. If the NDR was raised 48 hours prior, he or she should advise the seller that there is a good likelihood the shipment will be RTO; nonetheless, if the seller insists, the ticket should be assigned to LOPS.
4. BSP tracker must be correctly filled and the remarks should be correctly mentioned.

6. A new refund mode is added to the panel to offer your customers ease of refund during the process of a return order. UPI Transfer, for refund against COD and Prepaid orders, is available now. Adding this feature will help you offer easy refunds to your customers via UPI Mode for their return orders.
