5. Caller asks only for fulfillment services (Existing seller)
The agent will educate the seller and fill the pipe drive.

6. Existing seller asks that he/she was given a free plan for 2 months now an invoice is sent for payment -
This usually depends on the mutual agreement BTW sales team and the seller with respect to the number of shipments. After the said time, the seller has to pay for the invoice to continue in the same plan.
If the seller is able to maintain the agreed number of shipments and asks for the free plan to continue then the case will be routed to Gaurav rana.
In this case Gaurav rana will investigate the previous agreement done with the seller and the decision to give the seller the free plan will be decided by him.
Further, if the seller ask to downgrade the plan then he can downgrade from the seller panel as well -
Path --> Dashboard --> downgrade (blue button on the right side) --> the plan will be downgraded immediately.
But to retain the seller, the request will be sent to Gaurav Rana.
