1. Scenario - The seller disputes the "freight charges" at the time of making the shipment as compared to the rates advertised on website/ in promotional email.
Steps to be followed to counter this case -
1. The agent will educate the seller that the freight charges may vary due to the following reasons -
Current plan
weight of the shipment
Distance of the shipment.
2. Further, the agent will educate the seller to check the real time freight charges by following the below mentioned path -
Go to Tools --> Rate calculator --> enter the "pickup" and "destination" pincode
Enter the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
Select "Yes" in case the shipment is "COD" and "No" in case the shipment is prepaid.
Click on "calculate".
3. The agent will also educate the seller about the plan wise freight charges visible under the rate calculator once the seller
4. The freight charges with respective couriers will be shown under the rate calculator as highlighted in the above image.
5. The agent will also educate the seller to check the "plan wise" shippring rates as shown in the below image.
6. The agent will ask the seller to follow the below process to update the name on the "Label" -
Pickup address Settings->Company->Pickup Address->Edit the address->Contact Name
7. In case the sellers have a KAM then such cases will be routed to KAMS only and should be assigned to any supporting team (LOPS/FOPS).
8. Pan card is mandatory in case of Bludart activation.
9. Add package is a feature to help the seller reduce the weight discrepancy.
10. Guyz both the international shipment activation will take 7-10 working days
