1. DTDC courier is live (Except Nam bronze and bronze seller).
2..Kerry Indev Express Surface (courier) has been activated but only prepaid shipment can be shipped.
3..In surat due to operational issues there will be no update for 15 days (RTO/reverse).
4.Sellers can also downgrade the plan to lite before 7 days from renewal/expiry date or any other plan.
5.Account status is terminated then the seller can login to the SR panel and upgrade the plan to lite.
6.For wrong/damage/missing/empty parcel select correct issue category (POD denial).
7. If the client came within 48 hours with a proof then assign the ticket to lops and ask then ask for the rest proof.
8.If the client came and 48 hours not breachedd (at the time of replying) then we can ask for the proof and keep personal followup and ask the seller to provide the details till EOD then raise the ticket to lops (once receive proof).
9.Request for POD can be raised within 7 days (except ekart) from delivery date. POD will be updated within 3-5 working days. Once the POD will be updated the seller can raise the request for POD dispute within 72 hours from POD updated date.Once POD dispute has been raised then TAT for POD dispute is 10 working days.
10.Provide complete details for all concerns of the seller.
