5. The agent will first consult the "techdesk" at BPOC before assigning the case to the tech team directly in case the L1 agent is unable to defuse the same at his end. This does not imply that basic cases will also be routed to the "tech desk".
6. Timely empathy must be shown by the agent while speaking to the seller.
7. Agents should avoid using slangs while speaking to the seller e.g -"gonna".
8. No ticket shall be assigned to the tech team or any other team with incomplete notes.
9.The agent will ask the seller to follow the below process to update the name on the "Label" -
Pickup address Settings->Company->Pickup Address->Edit the address->Contact Name
10. In case the sellers have a KAM then such cases will be routed to KAMS only and should be assigned to any supporting team (LOPS/FOPS).
11. Pan card is mandatory in case of Bludart activation.
12. Add package is a feature to help the seller reduce the weight discrepancy.
13. Both the international shipment activation will take 7-10 working days
