2. Sellers cannot ship legal documents via Bludart e.g passports.
A seller would invite penalties and a possible "account block" if a seller ships legal docs via Bluedart. (mentioned in OTC point in our merchant agreement).
3. The agent can now identify if the user is a "SARAL app" user.
The "SARAL" tag is visible in the chat window of a particular user under " custom user properties" on the right hand side.(refer attached screenshot).
4. There is no minimum recharge value required to activate "Saral account". A seller can start shipping by paying the shipping charges during checkout.
5. Maximum weight allowed in the shipments made using SARAL app is 15 Kgs.
6. Return functionality is not currently available for Saral orders.
7. An agent on chat will not send the CSAT survey if the ticket has been raised to another department after the conversation.
