1.The tickets where seller asks for the plan upgrade, the agent needs to take mentioned action:-
i. They need to ask about the registered Email ID of the account that the seller needs to upgrade.
ii. They need to check the Email ID on WHMCS, about the date when the plan was, or is going to expire.
iii. Then if the seller is on the LITE plan for 3 or more months, then they can forward the ticket to me (Pankaj Grover), and if the plan is about to downgrade in a few days or has downgraded within last 3 months, then it needs to be forwarded to Gaurav Rana for plan renewal.
2. The sellers who want to upgrade their plan or want to know about the on-going offers, the agent needs to follow the above mentioned steps and then assign the ticket to the relevant person to assist the seller.
3. Insurance process-
How a claim will be processed & what would be required by sellers to proceed ?
The finance team will directly track all the insured shipments, if the shipment is lost or damaged the finance will collect the documents from ICRM and the courier company and inform the insurance company. The insurance company will validate the document/case and process the claim amount directly into the customer's account.
TAT for settlement:
Claims wherein claim value is <20k – Within 7 working days from the receipt of all requisites documents.
Claims wherein claim value is >20k – Within 10 working days from the receipt of the requisite documents & Survey Report.

2). In case of goods not delivered to customer but damage product received by seller during return shipment:

Shipping label and invoice copy of the item for which claim is being raised

3). In case of shortage/ lost/ misplaced consignment:

In case of Lost claims internal Investigation report to be provided by logistic partner on email, describing about the loss of shipment and it details Copy of Police FIR required for individual claim more than INR 50,000/-
