2. In the MPS tracker, the "Request Raised on date" & "Training Requested for Date" should be filled informing the seller.
3. Also, in the MPS tracker, the LOPS can ask to coordinate with the seller in case of any further requirement/confirmation.
4. For any KYC and BD unfreeze request , the agent will fill the provided tracker with complete unfreeze reason.
5. An agent on chat will not send the CSAT survey if the ticket has been raised to another department after the conversation.
6. An agent will ask for the CSAT if the seller is happy with the resolution provided on the FCR call/chat.
7. An agent will not ask for the CSAT survey if the agent has done probing about an issue and the seller did not revert on the chat.
8. Sellers cannot ship legal documents via Bludart e.g passports.
A seller would invite penalties and a possible "account block" if a seller ships legal docs via Bluedart. (mentioned in OTC point in our merchant agreement).
9. The agent can now identify if the user is a "SARAL app" user.
The "SARAL" tag is visible in the chat window of a particular user under " custom user properties" on the right hand side.(refer attached screenshot)
10. Please note, a column is added in the MPS tracker to define the nature of business of the seller. Requesters need to define the category of products the seller deals into which will be helpful at LOPS end to verify.
Post Training, Seller's Business background as mentioned is verified which acts as an approval for the Product team to activate this feature on the panel.
