1. PFB, key pointers for SR X-

a). Path to upload the documents to activate International shipment facility -

• setting --> International -- > complete KYC ( refer below screenshot)-

b). Once the seller selects the "upload" option , the documentation page will appear as shown below -

Please note - The seller at this stage will select the following-

• Organization type

• IEC and AD code

• Identity and address proof e.g (pan card /Aadhar or partnership deed in case of partnership firm).

2.Once the documents are uploaded in case of Aramax, the activation TAT is 7-10 working day and for one world the TAT is 48 working hours .

3. A seller can also check rates before creating an international shipment with the help of "international rate calculator". Further, please note Custom charges can be ascertained in the rate calculator which are inclusive of everything. (refer below screenshot)-

4. Below are non-mandatory fields under CSB 4 (non commercial) shipments. The seller can skip these while choosing SR X-

· Commodity under 3c refers to a commodity being an essential commodity

· MIES refers to Merchandise Exports from India Scheme

5. Cross border as an offering is only available with paid plans like - advance, pro and enterprise.

6. Countries covered -

· Bangladesh,Srilanka,Bahrain,Oman,SaudiArabia,UAE, USA,

· Mexico,Canada,Germany,Belgium, Netherlands,Luxembourg

· Great Britain,France,Denmark, Italy,Switzerland,Spain, Austria,

· Ireland, Sweden, Portugal, Norway,Finland, Greece, Honk Kong

· Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand,Australia, South Africa

7. In the case of International Shipments there is no RTO offered.

8. COD facility is not available in international shipments.

9. Existing sellers will be able to see the Shiprocket International option.

10. Minimum weight to do the international shipment is 50 gms.

11. Maximum weight to do the international shipment is 25 Kgs.

12. 100% tracking will be available for all the shipments.
