1. Shiprocket app additions -
The following features have been added/improved in the Shiprocket application -
Rate calculator
Training options
Billing
remittance
Add prickup address
Buyer and label settings
POD option
Local courier info.
Add package images
Note - Courier priority option has been also added to the application but the new user has to initially add the courier priority using the web login and post which the sellers will be able to amend the same using the Shiprocket application.
2. Apart from the above features/additions the seller will be able to see the KAM details, phonebook option, add customer option in the application.
3. A seller can also see freight invoices in the Shiprocket application.
4. E-invoicing now in effect wherein; on the SAAS and freight invoices, the IRN number and the bar code will be available which will help the seller to avail the input credit from the GST portal.
5. This also includes the early COD invoices as well.
6. Please note the invoices cannot be cancelled now as compared to the previous times.
7. NDR update -
The seller will now get an option to bridge the call between the seller and the buyer simultaneously recording the call.
Under this procedure, after a failed attempt the seller will get an option to "initiate call" which will be recorded and saved in the seller panel.
An agent will also be able to see the recording in the ICRM.
If the call is not connected then the seller can re-dial the buyer in order to ascertain the delivery attempt multiple times.
If the call is connected but gets dropped in between then the seller will not get any chance to redial.
A seller will simultaneously have to take action on NDR as usual.
This is just an add on feature provided by Shiprocket so that the record can serve as the purpose to ascertain if the buyer actually wants delivery.
For every failed attempt the seller will get an option to call the buyer using seller panel.
8. As per the new flow when the seller cancels the shipment, first the shipment will go to the cancellation requested state.
9. On the next day, a job will run that will check if the courier captures the successful response against the cancellation request.
10. Also, if that shipment is in shipped status then it will cancel that shipment. and the order will be on a "new status".
