1. GST update -
Since the government has mandated GST e-invoicing for the companies with 100cr. revenue from Jan 01, 2021, Shiprocket will generate B2B invoices (freight and SaaS invoices) to the sellers post registering on the government portal.
For e-invoicing, SR needs to have the seller's correct GSTINs (who have a valid GSTIN) to be updated in the seller panel by the sellers, so that invoice can be registered on the government portal with the correct GSTIN to avoid dispute in the future.
Regarding the same, we have sent an email on 24th Dec to active shippers (at-least one shipment in the last 90 days) to update their GSTINs in their SR seller panel if they haven't updated it as of now to avail the input tax credit on the SR freight and SaaS invoices.
A reminder email pertaining to the same will be sent to the seller again next week .
2. CSAT to be pitched on every FCR call/chat if the seller is satisfied with the solution provided.
3. In cases wherein; "damaged/ empty/ partial packages" are received by the seller/ buyer, we will not entertain such cases unless the seller provides pre/post ship images/video of inner content/ outer packaging are attached.
4. Maximum weight allowed in the shipments made using SARAL app is 15 Kgs.
5. Return functionality is not currently available for Saral orders.
6. "Bluedart" is now available in "Basic" and above plans as earlier "Bluedart" was only available in "advance" and above plans.
7. One of the common mistakes done by the seller while doing channel integration is that the "merchant id" and "marketplace" are the same. Instead,the "merchant id" and "marketplace"should be different.
8. While assigning tickets to any spoc, the "Issue category" must be correct.
9. In case of salutation, it is not mandatory for an agent to ask for the seller's name.
10. No Reattempt Request for "auto reattempt" will be pushed by Shiprocket under the given NDR reason:
* Customer Refused
* Open Delivery
* ODA Location.
11. In case, the seller wants to show the "real time rates" feature on "Woocommerce" platform, then please educate the below path -
Login woocommerce-->clickon plugins--> search for "real time rates" plugins and activate the same.
12. When it comes to showing "real time rates", the said feature is only available in Woocommerce and no other channel.

14. In case of SARAL app delayed pickup cases, the agent will first pitch for cancellation and if the seller is reluctant to understand and further wants the pickup to happen then raise a request to Ashreen for urgent pickup.
